Jape Group proudly celebrates the people behind its success, a diverse and dedicated team helping to drive growth across Australia and Timor-Leste.
With long-established operations in Australia and Timor-Leste, Jape Group represents more than property development. It represents long-term investment in people, opportunity and progress. Across its commercial, retail, hospitality and lifestyle spaces, the Group continues to create environments where businesses can grow, communities can connect and local economies can thrive.
At the heart of this work is a belief that strong places are built by strong people. From management and operations to hospitality, retail, service delivery and customer experience, every member of the team plays a role in creating spaces that are active, welcoming and commercially successful.
Jape Group’s work is rooted in a quiet legacy of vision, resilience and hard work. From its foundations in Australia to its ongoing contribution in Timor-Leste, the Group has continued to build with purpose, creating spaces that support enterprise, employment and community connection.
This commitment extends beyond buildings. Jape Group continues to invest in its people with the same dedication it brings to its developments. Its team is made up of individuals from different industries, backgrounds and areas of expertise, united by a shared commitment to quality, progress and long-term growth.
As Jape Group continues to strengthen its presence across Australia and Timor-Leste, its focus remains clear: to create places that empower people, support businesses and contribute positively to the communities it serves.
And this is just the beginning. Together We Grow.
