Terrance Jape

Terence Jape joined Jape Group in 2014, after serving 7 years as an Aerospace Engineering Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force.

As General Manager – Property, Terence is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Group’s property portfolio across Australia and Timor-Leste. His remit includes leasing, centre operations, maintenance, development and project delivery.

He oversees Jape Homemaker Village in Darwin and plays a key role in construction and property initiatives in Timor-Leste, as well as leading new development projects including Ludmilla Village.

Terence’s multidisciplinary expertise ensures the effective delivery and performance of the Group’s property assets.
