Pamela Jape

Pamela Jape joined Jape Group in 1994 following a successful early career as an Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant.

As Managing Director of Jape Group Australia, Pamela oversees the Group’s operations with a focus on strategic planning, financial management, governance, human resources and information systems across both Australia and Timor-Leste.

Pamela plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and long-term sustainability, supporting the Group’s continued growth and diversification.

She has contributed to a number of industry and community organisations and is involved in key business networks including the Darwin Major Business Group and the Timor-Leste Australia Business Council.
