Jape Group has a long history in property, retail and commercial development. Founded in Darwin in 1976 by Mr Jape Kong Su, the family-owned group has grown from its Northern Territory beginnings to deliver landmark projects including Jape Homemaker Village in Darwin and Timor Plaza in Dili.
As Jape Group continues to evolve, Tim contributes through his experience in leasing, tenancy delivery and development management, supporting the group’s ongoing focus on creating places that provide value for tenants, visitors and the wider community.
