We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Payroll and Accounts Officer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work full-time, open to learning, quick to adapt and have a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Payroll Excellence – End-to-end processing, reporting, compliance
  • Financial Accuracy – BAS, reconciliations, asset register
  • Accounts Management – Payables, receivables, general ledger
  • Team Support – Administration and collaborative problem-solving

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll and accounts, including banking and superannuation
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, NES, Fair Work, PAYG tax, BAS, and ATO compliance
    Proficiency in MYOB (essential) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Effective communicator with attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and valid Australian work rights
